Rab5a和maspin在大肠腺瘤组织中的相关性研究

目的:本研究旨在探讨Rab5a、maspin在大肠腺瘤患者病理组织中的表达情况,为找到一种判断大肠腺瘤病情发展情况的标准提供依据。方法:留取50例于佳木斯大学附属第一临床医院手术切除后经病理明确诊断的存档石蜡标本作为实验组(所有患者术前均未做生物治疗、放疗、化疗、手术);留取瘤组织旁正常组织50例作为对照组,采用免疫组化的方法分别检测两组中Rab5a、maspin的表达情况。结果:实验组组织中Rab5a、maspin的表达水平与对照组相比差异明显(P<0.05),Rab5a、maspin分别在大肠腺瘤和正常的大肠组织中的比较有统计学意义。结论:大肠组织中Rab5a、maspin表达异常程度有助于评判大肠腺瘤病情发展情况。

Relativity study on Rab5a and maspin in the large intestine adenoma tissue

Objective：To research the expression of Rab5a and maspin in the large intestine adenoma tissue,consequently,giving scientific support for finding a standard to estimate the stage on which the large intestine adenoma based.Methods：50 sufferers＇large intestine adenoma tissue were kept in the care which was identified by the pathology department as experimental team（before the large intestine adenoma tissue is taken,nobody got any treatment）,leaving 50 healthy large intestine tissue as the comparison team.Test the expression of Rab5a and maspin in the two teams with the HE method and etc.Results： There is a significant difference（P0.05） between the expression rate of Rab5a and that of maspin in the two teams,and their relationship is negative correlation.Conclusion： The abnormal degree of Rab5a and maspin expression in the large intestine adenoma tissue is very helpful for estimating the stage in which the Large Intestine adenoma will evolve into.
