就诊环境在儿童口腔疾病治疗中的心理护理作用

目的：如何使儿童配合医师治疗是口腔疾病治疗成功与否的重要因素,本文探讨不同就诊环境对儿童牙科恐惧症的疗效。方法：2004-2005年478例年龄4-12岁,平均8.6岁,初次并拒绝治疗的患儿。随机分成童趣化、人性化的专业的儿童治疗诊室;温情的、亲情的医疗氛围;普通治疗环境三组,观察治疗成功率。结果：童趣化、人性化的专业的儿童治疗诊室和温情的、亲情的医疗氛围对初次治疗是有效的,能保证继续治疗和患者半年复查的成功率都是较高的。结论：将二者结合对消除患儿的就诊的心理,预防恐惧心理的产生有较为理想的效果。

Medical circumstances in the treatment of children's oral disease psychological nursing role

Objective: To obtain child’s cooperation is the key to the success in conducting stomatologic treatments of children.This paper studies the effects of different environments on children’s dental phobia.Methods:Select 478 children patients of 4 to 12 years old who used to refuse their first treatments between 2004 to 2005.The average age of them is 8.6 years old.Randomly classify them into the followed three groups of environments: the specialty children’s clinic with childlike and humanized environment,clinic with warmth of a family environment,and common clinic environment.State and compare the success rates of the three groups.Results:The groups of childlike clinic and of the family warmth clinic had significant effects on children’s first treatment.They can successfully make the children referrals return their visits half a year.Combining the two environments will effectively prevent children’s dental phobia.
