| 摘 要： | 目的:观察单味草药六月红对结核杆菌体外抗菌作用。方法:利用不同浓度梯度的六月红酒浸出液在苏氏培养基内对人型结核杆菌进行药物抗菌作用的敏感性观察并与常规抗结核药物异胭肼(INH)、链霉素(SM)、利福平(RFP)进行对比。结果:培养2周、3周观察六月红具有明显抑制结核菌生长的作用,同利福平抑制结核杆菌生长的敏感性相似。结论:六月红对结核杆菌有明显的抑菌作用,值得进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the extrinsic effects of anti-tuberculosis with herb Liuyuehong extract in alcohol.Methods：Observe the drug-sensitivity wive concentrition liquid of content liuyuehong and wine anti-tuberculosis in su-culture,the control group has normal methods and ways with INH,RFP and SM Observe growth of tuberculosis findings. |
