绿激光PVP手术与TURP手术治疗前列腺增生症的对照研究

 目的 评价经尿道前列腺绿激光汽化术(PVP)治疗前列腺增生症的近期疗效.方法 122例<60 g前列腺增生症患者进行非随机的双中心研究,其中PVP手术组71例,TURP手术组51例,比较两组的手术时间、出血量、近期疗效及并发症.结果 两组术后前列腺国际症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率和残余尿量均较术前明显改善(P<0.05),PVP组平均术中出血量、留置尿管时间及近期并发症明显小于TURP组(P＜0.01).结论 绿激光PVP手术与TURP手术治疗<60 g前列腺增生症近期疗效相似,且绿激光PVP手术具有出血少、尿管留置时间短、并发症少的特点.

Comparative study of transurethral resection of prostate and photoselective vaporization of prostate in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To evaluate the recent effects of transurethral resection of prostate（TURP） and photoselective vaporization of prostate（PVP）.Methods 122 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） were non- randomly divided into two groups and underwent PVP and TURP separately. Operative time, blood loss during operation, recent effect and comphcations of the two surgical methods were compared.Reselts IPSS, QOL, the mean Qmax and PVR were significantly improved, compared with preoperative data（ P 〈 0.05）.Average blood loss, indwelling catheterization time and short- term complication rate in PVP group were significant less than those in TURP group（ P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions The recent effects of TURP and PVP in treatment of BPH （ 〈60 g）are similar,but PVP has advantages of less bleeding,shorter catheterization time and fewer complications.
