盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁)在介入诊疗术前的应用

目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁)在介入诊疗术中预防和缓解不良反应的作用。方法60例接受介入诊疗术患者,依次分为观察组和对照组。观察组介入操作前30 min肌肉注射长托宁1 mg,注射前及注射后30 min观察心率、血压变化,采用状态焦虑量表(S-AI)评定焦虑程度。术中观察有无过敏、恶心呕吐、血管痉挛等不良反应,并与对照组进行对照。结果观察组用药前后对比,心率及S-AI评分有所下降(P<0.01),S-AI评分降低与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),术中未见明显的不良反应发生。结论长托宁在抗迷走神经反射的同时,不提高心率。其中枢镇静和解除小血管及脏器平滑肌痉挛作用,可有效减轻患者焦虑情绪,改善机体应激反应过强造成的各种不适和疼痛,预防血管痉挛和化疗灌注后的急性呕吐,提高患者对介入操作的耐受性。

Application of penehyclidine hydrochloride injection before interventional procedure

Objective To observe the efficiency of penehyclidine hydrochloride for prevent adverse effect during interventional procedure.Methods Sixty patients underwent interventional procedures were divided by sequence into two groups as observing and control group.Thirty patients in observing group were received injection of 1mg penehyclidine hydrochloride before interventional procedure.Changes of heart rate,blood pressure and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(S-AI) score 30 min after the injection were recorded and compared with that of the control group in the similar time phase.Frequency of adverse effects such as hypersusceptibility,nausea,vomit and blood vessel spasm were also investigated in both group.Results In observing group,heart rate decreased in some degree.S-AI score decrease has a significance meaning(P<0.01) both in self compared result and control group comparison.No obvious adverse effect occurred in the observing group.Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride has the effect of blocking vagus reflex without increasing heart rate.By means of central nervous system sedation and smooth muscle relax in blood vessel and gastrointestinal system,penehyclidine hydrochloride is helpful to release anxiety,minimize pain reaction and prevent blood vessel spasm and acute adverse effect related to TACE or other interventional procedures.
