人工饲养白化喜马拉雅旱獭血液生理生化指标测定

摘    要:目的测定和比较人工饲养正常毛色与白化喜马拉雅旱獭的血液学指标,为喜马拉雅旱獭实验动物标准化提供科学依据。方法应用全自动血细胞仪和生化分析仪测定21只3岁龄健康、成年白化旱獭的血液生理生化指标。结果白化旱獭和正常毛色旱獭比较显示,除淋巴细胞百分率(t=2.154)和单核细胞百分率(t=1.984)差异有统计学意义外(P<0.05),其它血液生理生化指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);白化旱獭雌性与雄性间比较,淋巴细胞百分率(t=2.693)、单核细胞百分率(t=2.796)、总胆红素(t=3.282)、白蛋白(t=2.784)和肌酐(t=3.174)水平的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论毛色表型变异对喜马拉雅旱獭的血液生理生化水平没有直接影响;初步建立了健康成体白化喜马拉雅旱獭血液学生理生化指标参考值,为该动物实验动物化及其它应用性科学研究奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective To determine and compare the hematological indexes of normal fur color marmot raised artificially and albino Marmota himalayana,and to provide scientific basis for the standardization of experimental animals of Marmota himalayana.Methods The blood physiological and biochemical indexes of 21 healthy and adult albino marmots aged 3 years old were measured by automatic hematology instrument and biochemical analyzer.Results Compared with normal fur-colored marmot,there was no significant differences in other blood physiological and biochemical indexes(P>0.05),except for the difference in lymphocyte percentage(t=2.154)and monocyte percentage(t=1.984,P<0.05).There were significant differences in lymphocyte percentage(t=2.693),monocyte percentage(t=2.796),the levels of total bilirubin(t=3.282),albumin(t=2.784)and creatinine(t=3.174)between male and female albino Marmota himalayana(P<0.05).Conclusion The variation of fur color phenotype has no direct effect on the blood physiological and biochemical level of Marmota himalayana.Our study preliminarily establishes the reference value of hematological physiological and biochemical indicators of healthy and adult albino Marmota himalayana,which lays a foundation for the standard experimental animalization of this animal and other applied scientific research.
