藤茶安全性毒理学评价及其免疫调节作用实验研究

摘    要:目的 评价藤茶饮用的安全性并探讨其对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 按GB15193-94和《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》中有关方法进行。免疫调节试验中,经口给予小鼠适量的藤茶30天后,以绵羊红细胞(SRBC)诱导小鼠DTH之足跖增厚法、Jerne改良玻片法测定小鼠抗体生成细胞数和碳廓清试验分别测定受试物对小鼠细胞免疫、体液免疫和单核巨噬细胞吞功能的影响。结果 安全性评价试验中,受试藤茶对小鼠的急性经口毒性试验结果属无毒级、三项遗传毒性试验结果为阴性、90天喂养试验表明受试藤茶对大鼠各项观察指标未产生毒副作用;免疫调节试验中,与对照组比较,受试物组小鼠的DTH肿胀度明显增加,抗体细胞生成数显著增多,吞噬指数明显增加,经统计学检验,差异具有显著性。结论 藤茶具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用,可以安全饮用。

Abstract:Objective To assess the safety of Teng tea for drinking and explore its effect on immunologic function in mice. Methods Acute toxicity test, genetic toxicity tests and 90day feeding test were conducted according to GB1519394. After the mice were given orally 0.67, 1.33, 3.99 g/kg.bw dose of Teng tea for 30 days, its effects on cellular, humoral immune function and on phagocytic function of phagocytes were assessed respectively by metatarsusthickening method, Jerneimproved slide method and carbon clearing test. Result Its acute oral LD50 in mice was greater than 21 500 mg/kg.bw, three genetic toxicity tests showed negative results,90day feeding test indicated that the test substance produced no adverse effect on any observed item in rats. The metatarsa injected with SRBC were evidently thicker in tested group than in control group, and number of antibody forming cells significantly increased, phagocytic index markedly improved in tested rats as compared to controls. Conclusion Teng tea was safe for drinking, and it could enhance immunologic function in mice.
