经皮肾镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石76例

目的 探讨微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗输尿管上段结石合并肾下盏结石的疗效及安全性.方法 对76例输尿管上段结石合并肾下盏结石的患者,采用微通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石技术进行治疗,进行回顾性系统总结.结果 全部患者一期或二期手术成功,术后随访24个月结石清除率为100％.结论 利用微通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石技术治疗输尿管上段结石合并肾下盏结石,具有创伤小、结石清除率高、并发症少等优点,疗效肯定,值得推广应用.
