| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小儿上消化道异物于内镜下的取出方式.方法 在内镜直视下,根据实际情况,结合异物的形态、大小,利用现有内镜器械,均采用在全麻下状态取出异物.结果 51例小儿于全麻下经急诊内镜采取适当方式均成功取出异物,无并发症发生.结论 经内镜下取出小儿上消化道异物是一种安全快捷、创伤小而且简单有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies in endoscopic removal way. Methods Under endoscopic direct, according to the actual situation, combined with foreign body morphology, size, use of the existing endoscopic equipment, adopt state remove foreign bodies under general anesthesia. Results 51 cases children under general anesthesia by emergency endoscopy take appropriate way to successfully remove the foreign body, no complications occurred. Conclusion The endoscopic out pediatric upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies was a safe, quick, small trauma and simple and effective method. |
