CD44v6在NSCLC组织中的表达及意义

目的:研究粘附分子(CD44v6)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化(IHC)染色技术检测101例非小细胞肺癌及20例肺良性病变组织CD44v6的表达水平并结合临床资料进行综合分析。结果:在正常肺组织中CD44v6阳性率均在15%,经χ2检验,CD44v6在NSCLC组织和良性病变组织中,两组对比,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。CD44v6的表达与组织学类型无关(P>0.05),CD44v6表达水平与NSCLC的TNM分期呈正相关,而与NSCLC组织分化程度无关,与淋巴结转移成正相关,CD44v6与原发灶大小无关,CD44v6的阳性表达与术后生存时间呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:CD44v6在NSCLC中的阳性表达可在一定程度上预示NSCLC具有较强的侵袭和转移能力,CD44v6可作为预测NSCLC患者术后复发转移情况及临床预后的生物学参考指标。

Expression and significance of CD44v6 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)specimens

Objective: To study the expression and significance of CD44v6 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)specimens. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD_ 44v6 in 101 NSCLC and 20 non-cancerous pulmonary disease tissue. Their relationships between the biological marker and some clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results: The positive rate of CD_ 44v6 in NSCLC was much higher than that in the normal lung tissue(P<0.01). The expression of CD_ 44v6 was not related to histopathology(P>0.05). CD44v6 expression was positively correlated with TNM stage in NSCLC. The expression rate of CD_ 44v6 was associated with lymph nodal metastasis. CD_ 44v6 expression was not related to tumor volume. The positive expression of CD_ 44v6 had a negative relation to survival time after operation(P<0.01). Conclusion: The expression of CD_ 44v6 might play an important role in predicting tumor invasion and metastasis of human NSCLC. CD_ 44v6 may serve as a parameter for predicting recurrence, metastasis and prognosis of lung cancinoma.
