| 摘 要： | 目的探讨指骨刨伤后慢性骨髓炎发病原因、早期诊断及防治。方法对2003年以来收治的17例指骨创伤后慢性骨髓炎患者进行回顾，总结分析其发病原因、早期诊断及防治方法。结果不同的病例及早采用不同的方法综合治疗，效果满意，经随访无复发。结论指骨创伤后慢性骨髓炎重在预防，一旦发生要积极并采取综合治疗，早期疗效较为满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate etiopathogenisis, early diagnosis and prevention and cure of chronic osteomyelitis after phalange wound. Methods Etiopathogenisis, early diagnosis and prevention and cure of 17 cases of chronic osteomyelitis after phalange wound who were col- lected and cured since 2003 year were reviewed and analyzed. Results Curative effect of different cases that adopted different combined therapies early was satisfying, no recurrence by follow-up visit. Conclusion Chronic osteomyelitis after phalange wound emphasizes prevention. If it happens, we should adopt combined therapies, it＇s curative effect early is more satisfying. |
