广州地区非腹泻人群肠道腺病毒的分子流行病学研究

目的研究广州地区非腹泻人群肠道腺病毒的分布特点。方法采集73例成人、41例儿童共114例非腹泻人群的粪便样本，进行体外细胞感染实验，同时提取粪便悬液过滤上清基因组DNA进行巢式PCR扩增，对PCR阳性者进行克隆、测序以及基因型分型。结果114份样本中，共有12份样本检出腺病毒，阳性率为10．5％（12／114）。其中儿童组阳性率为14．6％（6／41），成人组阳性率为8．2％（6／71），两组间比较差异显著有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。经序列分析显示，12份样本分别属于人腺病毒5型（3份）、7型（2份）、12型（3份）72-48型（4份）。成人的人腺病毒型别为5型、7型、及48型，婴幼儿的人腺病毒型别为12型、48型。结论广州地区人群粪便样本中检测到人腺病毒5型、7型、12型及48型的存在，其中12型及48型为首次发现，并且12型仅在婴幼儿中发现。此外，文献报道人腺病毒48型为罕见血清型，但其占本研究中阳性样本的33％，其在我国是否属于罕见，需要慎重对待。

Preliminary study of molecular epidemiology of adenovirus infection in patients with non-diarrhea

Aim To study the molecular epidemiology of adenovirus in patients with non-diarrhea and clarify the interaction of intestinal adenovirus with the host. Methods The stool samples from 114 patients were isolatied and cultured ,and the genomie DNA was extracted for PCR amplification and sequence analysis to determine the viral genotype Results 114 stool samples were detected,the positive rate of traditional viral isolation and typying methods by PCR was 10.5%. Sequence analysis showed that the 12 samples belong to human adenovirus type 5 （3 samples）,type 7 （two samples） ,type 12 （3 samples） and type 48（4 samples）. Conclusion There are 4 types were exsited in stool samples of patients with non-diarrhea ,including human adenovirus type 5,7,12 and type 48,of which type 12and type 48 was reported for the first time.
