乳腺浸润性导管癌中survivin、P16蛋白的表达及其相关性

目的 检测survivin和P16蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织的表达，探讨其在乳腺癌发生发展中的意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学S—P法检测50例乳腺浸润性导管癌及15例癌旁正常组织中survivin、P16蛋白的表达。结果 survivin蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌和癌旁正常组织中阳性表达率分别为76．0％（38／50）和0（0／15），具有显著性差异（P〈0．05），且与淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级密切相关（P〈0．05）。P16蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌、癌旁正常组织中阳性表达率分别为50．0％（25／50）和66．7％（10／15），无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；P16蛋白表达与患者发病年龄和病理分期密切相关（P〈0．05）。Survivin和P16蛋白表达无明显相关性（P〉0，05）。结论 survivin、P16蛋白表达与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关。survivin有望成为乳腺癌治疗的一个新靶点。

Expression of survivin and P16 protein in invasive ductal breast carcinoma and their correlation

Objective To detect the expression of survivin and P16 protein in the invasive ductal breast carcinoma,and discuss its significance of carcinogenesis and progression in breast carcinoma. Methods Expression of survivin and P16 protein were detected by immunohisochemistry S-P methods in 50 invasive ductal breast carcinoma and 15 normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma.Results Positive rates of survivin protein in the invasive ductal breast carcinoma and normal tissue were 76.0%(38/50) and 0(0/15) respectively,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05).The expression of survivin protein was significantly related to lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and pathological grade.Positive rates of P16 protein in the invasive ductal breast carcinoma and normal tissue were 50.0%(25/50) and 66.7%(10/15) respectively,and there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).It was significantly related to the age and pathological grades.The expression of survivin was not obviously related to P16(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of survivin and P16 protein is significantly related to the occurrence and development of breast carcinoma.Survivin may be a new target for breast carcinoma therapy.
