雌、孕激素受体在妊娠早期小鼠子宫内膜的表达

目的:研究雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)在妊娠早期小鼠子宫内膜的表达。方法:利用免疫组织化学染色及图像分析技术对妊娠1 d、4 d、5 d、6 d的小鼠子宫内膜ER和PR的表达进行定位及半定量分析。结果:ER、PR蛋白主要表达于小鼠子宫内膜腔上皮细胞的核膜、核仁及细胞质中,ER于妊娠1 d表达最强,妊娠4 d最弱,妊娠5 d、6 d表达又逐渐增强;PR于妊娠1 d表达较弱,妊娠4 d表达最弱,妊娠5 d表达增强,妊娠6 d表达明显增强。结论:ER、PR蛋白在妊娠早期小鼠子宫内膜腔上皮持续表达。

The Expression of Estrogen Receptor and Progestogen Receptor in the Endometrium of the Early Pregnancy Mouse

Objective： To study the expressions of estrogen receptor（ ER） and progestogen receptor（PR）in the endometrium of early pregnancy mouse. Methods ： ER and PR expressions in the endometrium of the mouse on Day 1, Day 4, Day 5 and Day 6 in early pregnancy were shown and measured by immunohistochemical method and image analysis. Results： ER and PR pro- teins were found to have mainly expressed in the nuclear membrane, nucleolus and cytoplasm of luminal epithelium in the endome- trium of pregnant mouse. The expression of ER was the strongest on Day 1, the weakest on Day 4, and gradually increased on Day 5 and Day 6. The expression of PR was weak on Day 1, the weakest on Day 4, enhanced on Day 5, and obviously strengthened on Day 6. Conclusions： ER and PR proteins were persistently expressed in the luminal epithelium of the endometrium in early pregnancy mouse.
