胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病30例临床观察

目的：比较胰岛素泵持续皮下注射（CSⅡ）与一日多次胰岛素皮下注射（MSⅡ）强化控制血糖的疗效。方法：60例2型糖尿病病人随机分为CSⅡ与MSⅡ。比较两组在空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、胰岛素用量、迭标时间及低血糖发生率方面的差异。结果：CSⅡ与MSⅡ均能有效控制血糖，血糖控制水平无显著差异。CSⅡ较MSⅡ控制血糖更快，胰岛素用量更少，低血糖发生率更低。结论：CSⅡ是较MSⅡ更为快速、安全的有效控制血糖的方法。

Clinical Observation on Insulin Pump in the Treatment of 30 Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objectives To compare the therapeutic effects of continuous subcutaneous insulin injection(CSII) and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection(MSII) in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: Totally 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly assigned into two groups,which were the CSII group and the MSII group.The differences in fasting blood glucose,blood glucose at the second hour of three postprandial,insulin dosage,blood glucose control time and rate of hypoglycemic episodes were compared between the two groups.Results: Both CSII and MSII could effectively control blood glucose.The levels of fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose between the two groups showed that there were not significant differences.Compared with the MSII group,the blood glucose control time was shorter,the insulin dosage was less,and the rate of hypoglycemic episodes was lower in the CSII group.Conclusions: CSII is a more prompt and safer method to effectively control blood glucose as compared with MSII.
