| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定抗癌平丸中野黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为迪马DiamondTM(钻石)C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(20∶80∶1),流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为45℃,检测波长为335nm。结果:野黄芩苷进样量在0.2675~2.1400μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为98.33%,RSD=1.34%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、易行,结果准确、可靠,可用于抗癌平丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Scutellarin content in Kang＇ aiping pills. METHODS： The chromatographic separation was performed on DiamondTM C18 column （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） with mobile phase consisted of aeetonitrile-water-acetic acid glacial（20 ： 80 ： 1） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL . min^-1. The column temperature was set at 45℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 335 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of scutellarin was 0.267 5-2.140 0 μg（ r = 0.999 9） and the recovery rate was 98.33% （RSD= 1.34%, n =6）.CONCLUSION： This method is simple, practicable, accurate and reliable, and it can be used for the quality control of Kang＇aiping pills. |
