| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨外剥内扎加内括约肌松解术治疗环状混合痔嵌顿的临床效果。方法:将106例环状嵌顿混合痔病例分为单纯外剥内扎术组和外剥内扎加内括约肌松解术组,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治愈率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在术后并发症方面,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:外剥内扎加内括约肌松解术治疗环状嵌顿混合痔疗效确切,并发症少,安全有效。
