血必净注射液辅助治疗肺部感染疗效的Meta分析

目的评价血必净注射液辅助治疗肺部感染的疗效。方法检索中国知网、中华医学会期刊数据库及维普医药信息资源系统,收集有关血必净注射液用于辅助治疗肺部感染的临床研究,根据纳入和剔除标准汇集文献,对有效性进行Meta分析。结果疗效评价共纳入22个临床对照研究,血必净组有效率(89.1%)高于对照组(72.1%),经齐性检验,P=0.81,采用固定效应模型计算,合并OR=3.22,95%可信区间(CI)为2.44～4.24。结论初步认为血必净注射液在辅助治疗肺部感染的疗效中有较好的效果,但由于缺乏高质量临床随机对照研究,故血必净注射液用于辅助治疗肺部感染的有效性和安全性尚需更多高质量临床随机对照试验予以证实。

Meta-analysis of Xuebijing injection in the adjunctive therapy of pulmonary infection

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xuebijing injection in the adjunctive therapy of pulmonary infection.Methods CNKI database was searched by keywordss ,and the obtained references were screened for clinical trials on the introduction of Xuebijing in adjunctive therapy of pulmonary infection.The clinical trial results of efficacy were meta-analyzed.Results Twenty-Two studies were included for efficacy analysis.The efficacy rate in Xuebijing group(89.1%) was higher than that in control group(72.1%) and the result of Chi-Square testing P=0.81.A fixed effect model was then chosen and the value of odd ratio(OR) is 3.22 with the 95% confidence interval from 2.44 to 4.24.Conclusion Xuebijing injection was effective in the treatment of pulmonary infection,but its efficacy and safety need to be confirmed with high-quality randomized controlled trials.
