人工肝血浆置换治疗肝性脑病的临床观察

目的探讨人工肝血浆置换治疗肝性脑病的疗效。方法将肝硬化和肝癌后肝性脑病患者52例,随机分为治疗组28例与对照组24例。两组均给予内科常规治疗,但对治疗组同时进行人工肝血浆置换。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、生化指标等的变化。结果治疗组患者经血浆置换后,临床症状都得到一定程度的改善,肝功能明显好转,与对照组相比差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血浆置换治疗肝性脑病疗效肯定。

Clinical Observation on Efficacy of Plasma Exchange in Treatment of Hepatic Encephalopathy

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of plasma exchange on the patients with liver cirrhosis or carcinoma who suffered from hepatic encephalopathy.Methods Fifty-two patients with hepatic encephalopathy resulting from liver cirrhosis or carcinoma were divided into two groups at random,i.e.treatment group(n=28) and control group(n=24).In the treatment group,the patients were treated with plasma exchange on the basis of routine medical therapy,and the control group only received the routine medical therapy.Observation was done on the aspects such as clinical symptoms and several blood biochemical indexes before and after treatment.Results The symptoms and the liver function improved more obviously in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Plasma exchange is an effective method to hepatic encephalopathy.
