| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管憩室的诊断、定位、手术治疗经验。方法21例中手术治疗20例,均行单纯憩室切除术。结果均无食管漏或其他合并症。随访1~5年,无憩室复发,远期疗效好。结论单纯憩室切除术为较满意的外科术式,术中憩室以胃管定位的方法简便、实用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the experience of diagnosis, orientation and surgical treatment of esophageal diverticulum.Methods Surgical treatment was performed in 20 cases among 21 cases, complete resection of the diverticulum was done in all cases.Results There were no esophageal fistulae and other complications. 12 cases were followed up at 1～5 years, there were no recurrence of diverticulum and good long term results.Conclusion Complete resection of the diverticulum is a good surgical technique, diverticular o... |
