| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院神经系统药物引起的药品不良反应(ADR)。方法:对我院2005年收集的神经系统药物引起的ADR进行回顾性统计、分析。结果:我院2005年共收集到神经系统药物引起的ADR176例,涉及8类37种药物,其中前14位药物中,中药注射剂7种,抗癫痫药4种;共出现严重ADR28例(占15·9%)。结论:应注意辨证选择药物,对易造成严重ADR的药物须定期监测,以保证患者的用药安全。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the ADR induced by nervous system drugs.METHODS:The ADR cases induced by nervous system drugs collected in 2005 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:A total of 176 ADR cases induced by induced by nervous system drugs were collected.8 groups and 37 kinds of drugs were involved.Of the first 14 drugs,7 were Chinese medicinal injections,4 were anti-epileptics.There were 28 severe ADR cases,accounting for 15.9%.CONCLU-SION:The choice of drugs should be performed dialectically.For those drugs that are likely to induce ADR,regular monitoring is needed so as to ensure medication safety. |
