| 摘 要： | 采用计算机图象分析系统,我们对30例良恶性滋养层肿瘤进行了定量检测。通过对15种参数的定量测定,发现细胞核的面积、周长、形状因子等9种参数可用于良恶性滋养层肿瘤的判别,尤其是葡萄胎和侵袭性葡萄胎的分辨率可达100%。本研究为通过刮宫样品鉴别侵袭性葡萄胎及葡萄胎提出了一种新的技术手段。

| Abstract: | Using computer image analysis system,we quantitatively determined 30 cases of benign and malignant trophoblastic neoplasms.Through the quantitative determination of parameters of 15 kinds, we found that the Parameters of 9 kinds such as the area,perimeter,form factor of nuclei,etc could distinguish the benign and malignant trophoblastic neoplasms.Especially the distinguishable rate between the vesicular mole and invasive mole could reach 100%.This research provided a new technique which could discriminate the invasive mole from vesicular mole on the specimens of diagnostic curettage. |
