摘    要:目的建立以正丙醇为内标物,测定藿香正气水及口服液中乙醇含量的毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法以日本岛津公司DB-WAX石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25um)作为分析用色谱柱,柱温为70℃;进样口温度为180℃;FID温度为200℃;柱前压100KPa;高纯氮作载气;分流比为100∶1;进样量为0.5μL。结果在选定的条件下,乙醇分别在1%~5%;0.004%~0.08%范围内与峰面积/内标峰面积之比呈良好的线性关系(r分别为0.9999和0.9996)。结论本法快速、简便、准确,适用于藿香正气水与口服液中乙醇的测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method with propanol as internal standard for the determination of ethanol in Huoxiang Zhengqi water and Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid.METHODS A SHIMADZU DB-WAX capillary column(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)was used at 70℃.The temperature of the entrance of the capillary vessel column:was 180℃,temperature of the detector was 200℃;N2 was carrier gas,split rate was 100∶1;sample quantity was 0.5μL.RESULTS Under certain chromatogram condition,there was linear relation of ethanol and the peak area in the scope of 1% -- 5 % ( r = 0. 9999), 0. 004 % - 0.08 % ( r = 0. 9996), respectively. CONCLUSION This method is a rapid, simple, accurate, which suitable for the determination of the ethanol in Huoxiang Zhengqi water and HuoXiang Zhengqi oral liquid.
