腹腔镜下胆囊切除术120例舒适护理体会

目的探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的舒适护理体会。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的240例行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。结果常规护理组120例患者,采用与手术相关的常规护理,舒适护理组120例患者,在常规护理的基础上,采用舒适护理,患者术前、术后的生理因素和心理因素评分与常规护理组比较均明显降低,经统计学分析,P〈0.01,提示患者的生理、心理压力明显减轻。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中,护理人员通过在术前、术中、术后对患者实施舒适护理措施,不仅充分发挥了护患双方的主观能动性,还最大限度地改善了护患关系,提高了患者的满意度,加快了患者的康复进程。

The Experience of Comfortable Nursing with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in 120 Patients

Objective To evaluate laparoscopic cholecystectomy comfort nursing.Methods A retrospective analysis of 240 admitted to our hospital in recent years,laparoscopic cholecystectomy routine clinical data.Results 120 patients with conventional care group were treated with surgery associated with conventional care,comfort care group of 120 patients in routine care based on the use of comfort care,preoperative and postoperative physiological factors and psychological factors that score with the conventional care group were significantly lower,by statistical analysis,P〈0.01,patients are prompted to physical,psychological pressure was reduced.Conclusion In laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the nurse through pre,during and after the implementation of comfort care measures for patients,not only to give full play to the initiative of both nurses and patients,but also to the fullest extent of the nurse-patient relationship,improve patient satisfaction,speed up the rehabilitation process of patients.
