| 摘 要： | 教学是一种以知识传递为目的的复杂人类活动，目前主要依赖教师个人揣摩、积累经验，因此教学效果差异大，重现性差，进展缓慢；教师面对大量教学文献，也难以有效评价和应用。教学和医学极为相似。通过借鉴循证医学理念，作者在医学教学中，提出并开展“循证教学”，3年来已获取一定的实践数据和结果。文章将分析探讨“循证教学”的可行性和初步效果。
