“循证教学”的可行性及其效果初探

摘    要:教学是一种以知识传递为目的的复杂人类活动,目前主要依赖教师个人揣摩、积累经验,因此教学效果差异大,重现性差,进展缓慢;教师面对大量教学文献,也难以有效评价和应用。教学和医学极为相似。通过借鉴循证医学理念,作者在医学教学中,提出并开展“循证教学”,3年来已获取一定的实践数据和结果。文章将分析探讨“循证教学”的可行性和初步效果。

Abstract:Teaching is a complex action of imparting knowledge among human being,which however develops very slowly.Teaching today depends so much on personal teaching experience that the effect of teaching differs dramatically among teachers.The effect even can not be repeated by the same teacher sometimes.It's also difficult to evaluate and use large numbers of teaching references.The authors have raised the concept ofevidence-based teaching(EBT),and practiced EBT in medicine teaching for 3 years with the basic conc...
