| 摘 要： | 川北医学院医学影像学系共青团组织近年注重基层团组织的管理建设,并在活动创新方面进行了初步探索,取得了比较满意的效果。本文着重从管理与创新方面对其进行初步研究,以期能对各医学院校基层团组织建设起到一定的借鉴和促进作用。

| Abstract: | The Communist Youth League of the Medical Imaging Department of NSMC has paid attention to the importance to the basic units' construction and exploration in many creative activities in the recent years. Yet it gains so many relatively satisfied efforts in its improvement.This article aims at making emphasis in management and innovation's preliminary research. It looks forward to the reference and simulative effect for its development in the future construction of each league rank of the Medical College. |
