| 摘 要： | 椎动脉型颈椎病是临床上一个常见病，其发病机理尚未完全明了。一般认为，机械压迫、颈交感神经受刺激及颈血管病变是引起该病的主要原因。现就近年来对椎动脉型颈椎病的发病机制的认识和研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | Cervical vertebra disease related to vertebroartery is a common disease in clinical practice.The pathogenesis of this disease is not clear now.In generally,the mechanical oppress,the stimulation of cervical sympathetic nerve and vertebroarterial pathological changes account for the main causes of the disease.But,there is still a controversy about the pathogenesis.Author reviews the new knowledge and research of cervical vertebra disease related to vertebroartery in recent years. |
