摘    要:目的 在以脱矿脱细胞骨基质环为支架以纤维环细胞为种子细胞构建组织工程化椎间盘纤维环细胞支架复合体过程中,探索最佳的构建复合体方法.方法 分别使用纤维蛋白凝胶接种技术和传统的直接接种技术一静置法构建技术构建组织工程化椎间盘纤维环细胞支架复合体.对构建产物进行倒置显微镜观察、扫描电镜观察和细胞计数,比较两方法的效果.结果 纤维蛋白凝胶接种技术构建的细胞支架复合体.细胞粘附更多、增殖更迅速.结论 纤维蛋白凝胶接种技术在以脱矿脱细胞骨基质环为支架以纤维环细胞为种子细胞构建组织工程化椎间盘纤维环细胞支架复合体过程中,比静置法效果更好.
