| 摘 要： | 护士长先进、有效的管理能够提高医院的医疗护理质量。通过分析医院普通外科多专业组综合病房的特点,根据其特点探讨护士长在管理中运用领导技巧,不断提高护士的护理业务技术和理论水平以及注重自身素质的提高,从而提高护理工作质量。

| Abstract: | The head nurses' advanced and effctive managmement can improve the quality of medical and nursing service in a hospital.This article analyzed the characteristics of general surgical wards,and discussed how the head nurses to make use of their leading skills according to these characteristics to improve nurses' professional techniques and theoretical level.At the same time,the head nurses should pay close attention to themselves' improvement and progress,so as to improve the quality of nursing. |
