| 摘 要： | 麦考酚吗乙酯是麦考酚酸的2-乙基酯前体药物，临床广泛应用于器官移植后的抗排斥治疗。本文查阅国内外相关的HPLC分析方法文献，对麦考酚酸总浓度、游离药物浓度及其葡萄糖苷酸代谢物的检测方法进行了归纳和总结，为研究麦考酚酸药动学及其个体化给药提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Mycophenolate mofetil,the prodrug of the 2-(4morpholino) ethyl ester of mycophenolic acid,has been widely applied to the prophylaxis of acute graft rejection in solid organ transplantation.In this paper, the progress of HPLC method for determination of the plasma concentrations of total and free mycophenolic acid and its glucuronide metabolite is summarized based on the related literature of home and abroad. |
