摘    要:用PVC板Dot-ELISA在青南高原进行了人群白虫病的流行病学调查,结果表明,人群包虫病血清阳性率为16.01%,男性和女性分别为13.13%和18.89%,女性高于男性。牧民、半农牧、僧侣、干部、学生、农民及其他职业人鲜血清阳性率分别为20.27%、16.20%、1250%、10.41%、7.63%、5.71%、12.80%,以牧民的血清阳性率最高。随年龄的增加,人群包虫病血清阳性率越高(P<0.01),~10岁为3.25%,~20岁为13.06%,~30岁为16.27%,~40岁为16.49%,~50岁为21.18%,~60岁为23.66%,~70岁为24.72%,~80岁为44.00%。经统计学检测,男性与女性、不同职业人群及各年龄段人群包虫病血清阳性率之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。PVC-Dot-ELISA操作简便,成本低廉,快速直读,适于基层诊断应用和进行大规模流行病学调查。

A SURVEY ON EPIDEMIOLOGY OF HUMAN HYDATID DISEASE BY PVC-DOT-ELISA

Abstract:A epidemiological survey on human hydatid disease had been carried out by PVC-Dot- ELISA in south Qinghai plateau in 1997. The results showed that the positive rate of human hydatid dis ease was 16. 01 % ; The positive rates of male and female were 13.13% and 18. 89% respectively; The positive rate of female was higher than that of male. The positive rates of herdsmen,half of herdsmen or peasant, lamas, cardres, students, peasants and others were 20. 27 %, 16. 20%, 12. 50 %, 10. 41 %, 7. 63%, 5. 71 % and 12. 80% respectively. The serum positive rate of herdsman was the highest among whole different occuptional groups. The older the age is the higher the positive rate will be. The results of statistic test showed the positive ratio between male and female,different occuptional groups and dif ferent year stages had remarkable difference(P<0.01 ). Because PVC-Dot-ELISA is simple to operate,the cost is low-priced and fast and directly to read detection result,so the method is suited to diagnosis in basic level and survey of epidemiology which is broad in scale.
