| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肝癌患者血清假(拟)胆碱酯酶(PCHE)活力的变化及其临床意义。方法 采用速率法(双试剂)测定140例原发性肝癌。其中20例转移癌．同时测定白蛋白和总胆汁酸。结果 肝癌组PCHE、ALB均比对照组显著降低．TBA比对照组显著增高．且PCHE与ALB呈正相关。与TBA呈负相关。结论 血清PCHE是反映肝癌患者肝细胞功能受损程度的敏感指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the change and clinical significance of serum activity of pseudocholinesterase(PCHE) in patients with liver cancer. Methods Activity of PCHE were detected with Dual-reagent (rate technique) method in 140 patients with primary liver cancer, simultaneously serum concentration of ALB and TBA were measured. Rusults The activity of aerum PCHE and the levels of ALB were singificantly lower in the patients than in the control, the TBA significantly higher. There was negative correlation between the decrease of PCHE and TBA, while positive correlation between PCHE and ALB. Conclution Serum PCHE is sensitive index to reflect damage of liver cell functions in patients with liver cancer. |
