| 摘 要： | 目的了解分析大剂量丙种球蛋白（IVIG）治疗婴幼儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。方法选择使用大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗婴幼儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜，剂量为1．0g／（kg·d），共用2d，对照组使用常规剂量300—500mg／（kg·d），共用5d，观察血小板（PLT）上升情况。结果观察组血小板上升速度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗婴幼儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜有明显临床疗效，作用起效时间明显优于常规剂量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe of large doses of IVIG treatment of infants with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura the clinical efficacy. Methods The option of using large doses of IVIG treatment of infants with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, the dose was 1.0 g/ （kg · d）, shared two days, the control group using conventional dose of 300 - 500 mg/（ kg · d）, sharing five days to observe platelet increases. Results Observer group significantly higher rate of increase in platelets, there was a significant difference. Conclusion Large doses of IVIG treatment of infants with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura marked clinical efficacy, the role of the onset time is superior to conventional doses. |
