康惠尔透明贴治疗大面积皮下瘀斑疗效观察

目的:探讨康惠尔透明贴用于治疗大面积皮下瘀斑的效果。方法:将80例皮下出血患者随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),观察组将患处皮肤先用碘伏消毒穿刺部位再用生理盐水清洗待干后采用康惠尔透明贴贴于患处,根据是否皱折及膜内胶体渗出情况给予更换;对照组采用温度为50℃,50%的硫酸镁热湿敷处理,每次20 min,2次/d。治疗3 d、1周、2周后观察两组皮下瘀斑的面积。结果:观察组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:康惠尔透明贴用于治疗皮下瘀斑,可以有效缓解局部疼痛,促进皮下出血的吸收和消散,且安全、经济、可靠。

Observation of Comfeel Transparent Dressing in Treatment of Large-area Ecchymosis

Objective：To explore the effects of comfeel transparent dressing in treatment of large-area ecchymosis. Methods： 80 patients with ecchymosis were divided into observation group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases） randomly. Skin of afflicted part was sterilized with iodophor,then washed with normal saline,and pasted cornfeel transparent dressing on afflicted part after dry in observation group . Skin of afflicted part was compressed with 50℃ ,50% magnesium sulfate,20 minutes each time,twice a day in control group. The area of ecchymosis was observed in three days,a week and two weeks after treatment. Results： There was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion.. It can ease local pain and promote the absorb and dissipation of ecchymosis for using comfeel transparent dressing to treat ecchymosis,as well as it is safety,economic and reliable.
