| 摘 要： | Cullinl是cullin基因组中的一个成员，Cullinl所组装的复合体具有典型的泛素连接酶活性，介导许多细胞周期蛋白尤其是癌相关蛋白的降解过程，有效地调节着细胞周期进程。Cullinl在恶性肿瘤的发生发展中起到很重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Cullinl is a member of the cullin genome. The cullinl assembly complex has typical ubiq- uitin ligase activity, and mediates cell cycle proteins, especially cancer-associated protein degradation process, an then effectively regulates the cell cycle progression. Cullinl play an important role in the genesis and development of malignant tumors. |
