Abstract:Objective To study the efficiency of individualized teaching mode in gastroenterology resident standardization training.Methods A total of 255 residents were enrolled in the study from January 2017 to January 2019,transferred to the Department of Gastroenterology of Shengjing Hospital.They were randomly divided into 2 groups:The traditional teaching group(n=127)and the individualized teaching group(n=128).The participation rate of teaching activities,the scores of final tests and the scores of teaching evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the participation rate of teaching activities,the scores of the theoretical examination and the clinical ability and the gradings of teaching evaluation.The individualized teaching group scores were significantly higher than the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups of the clinical operation skills.Conclusion The individualized teaching improves the subjective initiative of students and maximizes the potentiality of each student by the comprehensive application of PBL teaching and the flipped classroom modes and the intelligent classroom means such as rain class.The individualized teaching mode is worth popularizing and applying in the resident training.
