Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of micro-class combined with PBL teaching in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment regulation training and teaching,and to explore the ideal model of regulation training and teaching.Methods A total of 84 residents who were trained in the breast department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,and they were divided into the reference group(n=42)and the study group(n=42)according to the random number table,and all were diagnosed and treated for breast cancer.Regulate training,apply the traditional regulation training teaching model to the reference group,apply the regular training teaching model of micro-class combined with PBL teaching to the research group,observe the pre-and post-assessment results of the two groups of regular training doctors,and investigate and analyze the two groups of regulations Satisfaction with the training of doctors.Results Before the training,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of doctors in the training in theory and operational skills(P>0.05);after the training,the theoretical and operational skills in the research group were higher than those in the reference group.Significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of training doctors in the study group was 97.62%,which was higher than 83.33%in the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro-classes combined with PBL teaching mode in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment planning training can achieve good planning training teaching effects,improve the theoretical knowledge level,operation skill level,and planning training satisfaction of the planning doctors.The application value is high.Suggestions Promotion and application.
