Abstract:Objective To study the effect of MDT combined flipped classroom teaching mode on the gastric cancer learning of students receiving eight-year medical education.Methods 40 students who receiving eight-year medical education from class of 2014 and 2015 were divided into two groups,20 from class of 2014 were in the control group and were taught according to traditional teaching mode,20 from class of 2015 were in the research group and were taught according to MDT combined with flipped classroom mode.Results The scores of active classroom atmosphere,autonomous learning ability,mastery of theoretical knowledge,improvement of the ability of integrating theory with practice,improvement of teamwork ability,satisfaction with teaching mode,satisfaction with teachers and improvement of learning interest in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the aspect of improving clinical thinking ability,the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The test results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT combined with flipped classroom mode can break the limits of traditional teaching mode in the gastric cancer teaching and learning,and has better effect on knowledge learning and motivation of the students,thus has a better future in the medical education field.
