Abstract:Objective To explore the ways and effects of college cooperation to train students'clinical skills based on job competence.Methods 281 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine from Fujian Medical University who participated in clinical internships at Fujian Medical University's Provincial School of Clinical Medicine from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group only completed the internship tasks as required by the syllabus.While the observation group completed the syllabus,it also carried out clinical skills training based on job competencies based on university cooperation.The training results of the two groups were compared.Results Among the 2015 and 2016 students,the observation group's examination scores,graduation theory examination scores,clinical operation skills scores,and job competency scores were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaboration between colleges and universities to train clinical medical undergraduate interns based on their job competence can improve their clinical operation skills and enhance their job competencies.It has a high promotion value.
