腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术50例临床体会

总结腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术（LIHR）的手术经验和技巧。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月－2019年1月绍兴市文理学院附属医院50例行LIHR患者的临床资料。结果 50例患者均获得手术成功,手术时间60～190 min,住院时间2～5 d,1例完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术（TEP）中转经腹腹膜前修补术(TAPP),4例患者并发腹股沟区血清肿或血肿,术后7～30 d积液消失,1例出现腰部疼痛,随访无复发病例。结论 LIHR安全可行,复发率低,值得推广应用。

Clinical experience of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in 50 cases

To summarize the experience and technique of laparoscopic inguinal hernioplasty (LIHR). Methods The clinical data of 50 patients underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernioplasty (LIHR) from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 50 patients were successfully operated, the operation time was from 60 ~ 190 minutes and the hospitalization time was from 2 ~ 5 days. 1 of them of TEP converted to TAPP, 4 patients complicated with inguinal area seroma or hematoma, the effusion disappeared 7 ~ 30 days after operation, 1 case had lumbar pain, and no recurrence case was followed up. Conclusion Laparoscopic inguinal hernioplasty is safe and feasible, and its recurrence rate is low. Therefore, it is worth popularizing and applying.
