Abstract:Objective To analyze the reform and practice of clinical practice teaching under the new undergraduate medical education standard.Methods 50 medical students who participated in clinical practice in Beijing Luhe Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were included in group A.the teaching reform method under the new undergraduate medical education standard was applied for teaching,and 50 medical students who participated in clinical practice in our hospital from July to December 2019 were selected as control subjects,and were included in group B with conventional teaching methods The comprehensive evaluation scores(theoretical knowledge,technical operation,medical record writing,clinical thinking),personal comprehensive ability(selfstudy,communication,expression,understanding,problem-solving,comprehensive ability),post competency score,self transcendence score,career ambition score and teaching satisfaction score of the two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive evaluation,personal comprehensive ability,post competency,self transcendence,career ambition score and teaching satisfaction of medical students in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The reform and practice effect of clinical practice teaching under the new undergraduate medical education standard is better,which can significantly improve the comprehensive evaluation score,personal comprehensive ability and post competency of medical students,and can improve the self transcendence score,career ambition score and teaching satisfaction of medical students.
