Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the application of medical simulation teaching method based on competitive incentive mechanism in the education of 5-year anesthesia medical students.Methods choose between December 2017 and December 2019 in our hospital anesthesia practice of 5 year anesthesia 120 medical students,according to random number table method is divided into traditional group(traditional teaching method)and incentives(based on competitive incentive mechanism of the medical simulation teaching method),each group of 60,compared two groups of medical students'autonomous learning ability and anesthesia on the teaching contents of elementary knowledge,operation skill performance,satisfaction of medical students of this teaching method.Results Compared with the traditional group,the scores of self-motivation,learning belief,setting learning goals and plans,self-monitoring and adjustment,acquisition of cooperation ability and communication and cooperation ability were higher in the incentive group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional group,the scores of basic knowledge and operational skills were increased in the incentive group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional group,the proportion of medical students in the incentive group who thought the teaching was rich and novel was higher,while the proportion of medical students who thought the teaching was old and boring was lower,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the medical simulation teaching method based on competitive incentive mechanism in the 5-year education of anesthesiology students can obviously improve the students'self-learning ability,acquire better basic knowledge and operational skills,and be more easily accepted by medical students.
