留学生内科临床见习教学模式及效果浅析

The Analysis of Teaching Models and Their Effects on the Clerkship in Internal Medicine Among Overseas Students

Abstract:Objective In order to evaluate the teaching models and effects on the clerkship in internal medicine among overseas students,and to investigate the potential way to improve teaching quality.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was adopted.The online survey,about the teaching models and effects of internal medicine clerkship in 2019,was conducted among the 73 overseas medical students in the Grade 2015 from January to February 2020.The SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistics.Results 58 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey.A variety of teaching modes based on teamwork learning(TBL),clinical case learning(CBL)and teaching(LBL)are common in internal medicine internships.Among them,the classroom satisfaction of TBL+CBL+LBL mixed mode is the highest,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching evaluation results have nothing to do with students'internal medicine scores,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The diversity of teaching models is benefited to improve the teaching quality in the internal medicine clerkship among overseas students.
