Abstract:Objective To explore the application of multi-disciplinary team(MDT)in oncology graduate student training.Methods Using a systematic review form from an organ-centered longitudinal MDT-like teaching model,divergent thinking and expansion from clinical to cell to molecule,and logical reasoning thinking and application from basic to bridge to clinical,and online and offline RBL mixed teaching mode,etc.;analyze the effect and goal of MDT teaching mode on the training process of graduate residents.Results MDT teaching can significantly improve graduate students’innovative thinking ability;and improve graduate students’understanding of comprehensive treatment and overall treatment of malignant tumors and the concept of“human”-centered treatment,and improve graduate students’basic clinical practice ability in oncology The core creativity of critical innovative thinking.Conclusion The MDT teaching model is worthy of application in the training and teaching of postgraduate residents.
