苏尼替尼对雌二醇诱发的去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜渗出和血管通透性的干预作用研究

摘    要:目的 探讨苏尼替尼对雌二醇诱发的去卵巢大鼠血管通透性和子宫内膜渗出的干预作用。方法 健康雌性SD 大鼠随机分为假手术组(Sham 组)、卵巢切除组(Ovx 组)、卵巢切除+17β- 雌二醇组(Ovx+Est 组)、卵巢切除+17-β 雌二醇+ 苏尼替尼组(Ovx+Est+Sut 组) 4 组,每组6 只。给药21 d 后取材。镜下观察子宫内膜形态学变化,用ELISA 法检测各组血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的浓度。结果 雌二醇诱发去卵巢SD 大鼠给予苏尼替尼干预后,子宫重量和子宫系数下降,子宫内膜嗜酸性粒细胞渗出减少,血清VEGF 浓度降低。结论 苏尼替尼能拮抗雌二醇诱发子宫内膜的渗出,使大鼠子宫内膜增生,血管通透性下降。

Abstract:Objective To explore the intervention effect of Sutveratrol on endometrial leakage and capillarypermeability induced by estradiol in ovariectomized rats. Methods Twenty-four adult healthy female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into four groups: Sham, Ovx, Ovx + Est and Ovx + Est + Sut groups, with6 rats in each group. Blood and tissue samples were taken 21 d after medication. The serum VEGF concentrationwas detected by Sandwich ELISA, and the morphological changes of endometrium were observed undermicroscope. Results The weight and coefficient of the uterus decreased after intervention with Sutveratrol, andthe serum concentration of VEGF and the eosinophil infiltration in endometrium also decreased significantly aftermedication. Conclusions Sutveratrol antagonizes the estrogen-induced exudation in endometrium, contributes toendometrial hyperplasia, and also leads to the reduction of vascular permeability.
