Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of CBL(case based learning)teaching method and PBL(problem-based learning)teaching method in TCM pediatrics theory teaching.Methods A total of 52 students admitted to our hospital for practice from January 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into two groups by the number table method,with 26 students in each group.The control group was the traditional teaching method,while the observation group was the combined teaching method of CBL and PBL.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the application effect was analyzed.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,case discussion results and practical operation skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the combined teaching method can effectively improve the teaching quality and enhance the students'learning enthusiasm and practical operation ability.
