Abstract:Objective To explore the role of the flipped classroom based on micro-classes in the teaching of dermatology for clinical medicine majors.Methods Fiveyear students majoring in clinical medicine of Jinzhou Medical University(grade 2018 teaching reform class,a total of 132 students)were selected as the object.They were divided into teaching reform group(67 students)and control group according to the difference of teaching mode(65 students);the teaching reform group was taught by the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro class;the control group was taught by the traditional teaching mode.The learning satisfaction and theoretical achievement of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The degree of satisfaction(94.03%)of the students in the reformed teaching group was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the comparison results showed a significant difference(P<0.05);and the evaluation scores of the students in this group(87.57±5.12)points was significantly higher than the control group(81.24±5.35)points,and the comparison results showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the flipped classroom teaching model in the teaching of dermatology and venereology of clinical medicine is helpful to improve the students'learning interest and learning spirit,cultivate the students'ability to learn knowledge independently,and improve the students'mastery of theoretical knowledge,compared with the traditional The teaching effect of the teaching mode is better.
