Abstract:The middle level of hospital administration is the core of hospital business development and department operation.At the same time,it is responsible for the implementation of leadership work deployment and the completion of tasks delivered by the superior.The task of managing department work,leading department development and communication and cooperation between departments is the link and bridge between hospital leaders and grass-roots workers.As an important part of modern hospital management,hospital administrative middle-level assessment plays an important role in improving the overall quality of the cadre team,improving the development level of the hospital and achieving the strategic management objectives.360 degree performance evaluation method is a multi angle comprehensive evaluation by superiors,peers,subordinates and themselves.It can get a more comprehensive and fair evaluation result.
