摘    要:目的旨在了解医学实习生对人文素质教育现状的认知,对结果进行分析,为提高本地区医学实习生人文素质提供参考。方法以2019年9月—2020年8月某地级市三甲医院医学实习生为研究对象,研究对象对本研究均知情同意。主要采用问卷调查法进行研究。研究对象采取匿名方式在网络平台资源填写问卷调查表。结果本科实习医生中认为医疗专业知识是临床教学的重点(P<0.05);认为人文素质教育中医患沟通能力是教学重点(P<0.05)。临床专业实习医生中认为临床诊疗能力和人文素养教育中的沟通能力是临床教学重点(P<0.05),而非临床专业实习医生中认为临床人际关系是人文素质教学培养重点(P<0.05)。实习生普遍认为医院对人文素质教育的重视程度不够,在现行的人文素质课程中职业道德和沟通能力是教学的主要内容,但仍有改进的方面。结论作为医学生实习基地医院,教育工作者应该结合临床的实际问题,采用多种教学形式,提高医学实习生的人文素养,培养高素质医学人才,为健全医疗保障体系输送优质血液。

Abstract:Objectives To understand the medical interns'awareness of humanistic quality education,and to provide a reference for improving the humanistic quality of medical interns in the region.Methods The medical interns in a third class hospital of a prefecture level city from September 2019 to August 2020 were taken as the research objects,and the research objects had informed consent to this study.The research is mainly carried out by questionnaire.The subjects filled in the questionnaire anonymously on the network platform resources.Results Among the undergraduate interns,medical professional knowledge was regarded as the focus of clinical teaching(P<0.05);humanistic education was regarded as the teaching focus of Chinese medicine-patient communication(P<0.05).Clinical professional interns consider that the ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment and communication literacy education is the focus of clinical teaching(P<0.05),while non-clinical professional interns think that clinical interpersonal relationship is the focus of human quality education and training(P<0.05).Interns generally think that the hospital does not pay enough attention to humanistic quality education.In the current humanistic quality courses,professional ethics and communication skills are the main content of teaching,but there is still need improvement.Conclusion As a medical student internship base hospital,educators should combine clinical practical problems and adopt multiple teaching methods to improve the humanistic quality of medical interns,cultivate high-quality medical personnel,and deliver high-quality blood for a sound medical security system.
