Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical path teaching mode in general surgical nursing teaching.Methods Fifty nurses in general surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups based on the principle of randomization.They were set as the study group(25 cases)and the reference group(25 cases).Nursing trainees in the reference group received conventional teaching mode,while those in the research group received clinical pathway teaching mode.The satisfaction,theoretical knowledge,operating skills,assessment results,and incidence of error events of the two groups of nurses after different methods were compared.Results The teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the study group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(68.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination results of theoretical knowledge and operation skills in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of error events in the study group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that in the reference group(24.00%)(P<0.05).The number of high praise in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical path teaching mode in general surgical nursing teaching can significantly improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing students,which has a higher feasibility.
